Please note: The interior staircase is somewhat steep, as is typical of old buildings.

Our apartment (85 m²) is located in a wine-growing community in the district of Ludwigsburg, right on the Neckar Valley cycle path. Leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, canoeing and swimming are possible in the village or the surrounding area. Close to three restaurants in the village, a wine tavern about 2 km away, and several wineries and cellars with the possibility of wine tasting in the immediate vicinity. Freeway connection about 4 km, train station about 5 km, bus stop about 5 min.

The apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & sleeps 4 people. (+ travel cot if required). There is also an outdoor area with patio, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked and charged in the lockable bicycle garage.

Our apartment is located in the heart of Mundelsheim, surrounded by the Neckar and vineyards. The location offers a perfect combination of rural idyll and good accessibility. Just a few kilometers from Heilbronn, Ludwigsburg or Stuttgart, Mundelsheim is ideal for excursions in the area. Numerous hiking and biking trails invite you to explore our area. The nearby Neckar also offers opportunities for boat trips and relaxing walks on the shore.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

Hike, Bike & Wine

HIKE 🥾 Hike right outside the front door. Many hiking trails lead along the Niedernberg. BIKE🚴‍♀️ Ring the bike right outside the front door. Very close to the Enzradweg and the Neckartalradweg. You can conveniently charge your e-bike in the garage; there is also a small workshop with a bike repair stand. WINE🍇 Located right at the foot of the vineyard, a wide variety of events can be reached on foot.
