Hardwoods in most of the living area, tile in the kitchen. Triad Park is less than a mile away and accessible through a walk down our street the back way (when cleared...for the adventurous). The space is completely separate from the main house and is located above the garage with a separate entrance to the right of the garage. You will need to go up the stairs to the right of the garage to access the apartment.
