Baxters is a cosy space in a brilliant location. A 5 min walk to 'The Wanaka Tree' and an easy 15 min walk to town. Across the road from Wanaka Station Park you can enjoy the stunning lake front track or take a dip in the lake. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed, the other 2 king singles beds, plus a small living area. Great place to park your boat. you can pop down to the river or lake for a swim.
