The Zirben Chalet is located south of Landshut in the municipality of Kumhausen (8 minutes to the old town of Landshut, city bus connection available) surrounded by forest, field and meadows. Enjoy the tranquility in the chalet made of original Austrian highland pine. You can use the natural pool, children's rope swing, trampoline and play castle at your own risk. For a fee, an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich–in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft, die von Wiesen, Feldern und Wäldern umgeben ist. Die lichtdurchflutete Unterkunft ist mit elektrischen Rollläden und einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Lebensmittel / Bäckerei gibt es direkt Vorort. Mit dem Bus (Linie 1 - alle 30 Min.) ist man in 20 Min. in der mittelalterlichen Altstadt von Landshut. München ist mit dem PKW innerhalb von nur 60 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Flughafen MUC sind es 40 Minuten mit dem PKW.

We offer a fully equipped apartment for up to 6 people. For 2 people, overnight stay in spacious living/bedroom. For more people, there is another bedroom and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house is centrally located in Moosburg and yet totally quiet. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Free parking!

Our accommodation has a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Detergents and cleaning agents are provided. Large kitchen with dining area and small office corner. Living area with large sofa bed and TV. Bedroom with large wardrobe and bed with a width of 1.80. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. In addition, a towel dryer in the bathroom and a radiator for quick heating in the living area.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. We offer you a few days of relaxation. The largest thermal spa in the world, the Therme Erding, is only 25 minutes away from us. Munich Airport can be reached in 20 minutes via the directly adjacent highway. An Edeka market offers everything for everyday life within a five-minute walk. Nearby is also a beautiful swimming lake.

The apartment has its own entrance, Via the staircase, you can reach the anteroom with a wardrobe. In the first room, there is a sofa with a table, kitchenette and TV. An open passage leads to the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.
