Apartment in the countryside

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

The quiet but centrally located 3 room attic apartment with balcony in the heart of the large county town of Erding. Refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker available. Within walking distance you can reach the newly created recreation area, with swimming lake, games and sports facilities. You can also reach the bus stop to the Therme Erding, S-Bahn station Erding and Munich Airport in a few minutes. The journey to Munich Airport takes 15 minutes by car.

The apartment is about 23 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor and has a separate entrance. We have furnished it comfortably with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a closet and a sitting area. A small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, fridge, sink, dishes and utensils, as well as coffee maker, kettle and toaster is at your disposal. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet is part of the apartment for your own use. Free parking is available at your doorstep.

The approximately 50 square meters large, bright and spacious apartment is located absolutely close to the old town in the attic of our house from the 18th century. The apartment was recently core renovated and fully equipped with high-quality joiner furniture. The beautiful Landshut Old Town can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The way to the center leads through the beautiful city park along the Isar or simply over the Isar Bridge.

Guest house at the horse farm

Welcome to our Icelandic horse farm, idyllically located on the outskirts between hop fields, meadows and forests in the middle of the Hallertau. We live in the approx. 100-year-old farmhouse with barn and a beautiful garden. Our Icelandic horses have spacious open stables and surrounding pasture to feel comfortable. Of course, there is no shortage of dogs and cats to pet and love, but also rabbits and chickens run across your path.

Our accommodation has a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Detergents and cleaning agents are provided. Large kitchen with dining area and small office corner. Living area with large sofa bed and TV. Bedroom with large wardrobe and bed with a width of 1.80. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. In addition, a towel dryer in the bathroom and a radiator for quick heating in the living area.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. We offer you a few days of relaxation. The largest thermal spa in the world, the Therme Erding, is only 25 minutes away from us. Munich Airport can be reached in 20 minutes via the directly adjacent highway. An Edeka market offers everything for everyday life within a five-minute walk. Nearby is also a beautiful swimming lake.

The apartment has its own entrance. The staircase leads down to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room, there is the kitchen with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV. An open passage leads to the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.
