Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

At the moment, there is a construction site of a detached house opposite. There may be some impairments.

On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Vacation paradise on the dike, Tiny apartment Kiebitz

The place is close to Carolinensiel - Harlesiel in Neu Augustengroden. Take a vacation in an apartment just behind the second dike. Surrounded by a garden with quiet and protected corners, a large variety of birds and a wonderful water lily pond, you can relax. In the garden there is a small sauna house. The sauna is free to use. Cycling and hiking trails start 50 meters behind our dike gate. Your pet is welcome.

For a cozy evening, a fireplace is available next to the TV. Especially after stormy North Sea days, the in-house sauna invites you to linger. Enjoy your vacation to the fullest, in good weather also outside on the terrace. The fenced garden invites children and dogs to play. A climbing frame and a sandbox are waiting for your use.
