NordseeLoft Otterndorf

The North SeaLoft is a special retreat for anyone looking for peace, nature and comfort. Located right on the water with a jetty in front of the door – ideal for canoeing or SUP. With 3 cozy sleeping areas, a bright living room and an open kitchen, the house offers plenty of space for 4-6 people. Sauna and corner bathtub ensure relaxing moments of well-being. Whether at breakfast overlooking the water or at sunset on the terrace – here the holiday starts completely relaxed.

Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

"Dien Uttied" stands for the special break in nature, away from everyday stress and city noise. In our cozy and at the same time very upscale tiny house/construction trailer, you can switch off and enjoy your break! The 2025 newly built caravan has a living/sleeping area, a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The small fireplace invites you to cozy hours in any weather, while you let the view wander into the distance through the panoramic window.

The 170 sqm house with sauna, built in 2024, impresses with its unique location. Here you can relax and still be at Norseestrand in 5 minutes. Swimming on your own 4200 sqm lake, barbecue, campfire. Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.

Our cosy holiday home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A net is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.
