Small, lovingly renovated apartment (approx. 38 m²) right in the center of Wismar and yet in a quiet location. The market square, the harbor, the train station, the bus station and large parking lots are each within walking distance in just a few minutes (3 to 6 minutes). The space approx. 38 m², suitable for 2 (max. 3 people – by arrangement), Bed is 200 x 200 cm, couch is pull-out, Bicycle storage is available in the courtyard, balcony to the rear courtyard, short-term parking is possible in front of the house.

Welcome to our vacation apartment in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic City of Wismar, in a listed and completely renovated building near the market square. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

A temporary home

Welcome to my small and lovely accommodation, with everything you need on holiday, including a coffee machine and a fan. Ideal for 2 adults + 1 child/2nd child on request. Rural, in a very quiet location, but still central. Wismar or Schwerin are just a short distance away. Only a 5-minute walk to the swimming lake. There is a magical playground in the village. You can buy fresh rolls/newspapers from Joanna's Markt in the village from 8 a.m. Sit back and enjoy this quiet, stylish hostel!

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Das gemütliche Apartment befindet sich in unserem selbst bewohnten Haus. Es hat einen eigenen Eingang. Zum Apartment gehört ein Aussenbereich mit Grill und Feuerschale - mit wunderbarem Blick über die Mecklenburger Wiesen und Wälder. Oft sind Kraniche in unmittelbarer Nähe zu beoachten und zu hören. Am Rande des Naturparkes Sternberger Seenland und nicht weit vom Warnowdurchbruchstal gelegen, gibt es viele Ausflugsziele für Natur-, Kunsthandwerk- und Geschichtsinteressierte.

In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

Willkommen in der "Villa Ines" ... 🌞 Diese besondere Unterkunft ist mit 70 qm ideal für 2-3 Pers. geeignet (incl. Gartennutzung). Die Umgebung lädt zu Radtouren und Wanderungen ein. In 7 Autominuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Wismar. In ca. 15 Minuten, ist unsere sehenswerte Insel Poel mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küste der Insel zeigt sich als rauhe Steilküste oder mit schönen breiten Sandstränden. Restaurant 3 Min. fußläufig entfernt ... :))

Time out on the beautiful Baltic Sea

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The attic apartment is located in a two-story residential building and is about 37 m². The apartment impresses with the open plan living/dining area with its unique wooden construction, the daylight bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with a bed 140 x 200. In addition, we also offer an extra bed 90 x 190, so that a maximum of 3 people can be accommodated.

Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

Take a holiday in the heart of the historic old town. This cosy and also super centrally located apartment is in the heart of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for trips or excursions of any kind. The castle; the theater; the cathedral; restaurants; cafes, public transport, etc. are a stone's throw away. With its 2.5 light-filled rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to six people.

Enjoy the nature and culture of Schwerin in this quiet yet centrally located apartment with private outdoor sauna, terrace, spacious garden and magnificent 1st row view of Lake Schwerin. Completed in 2023, the accommodation is barrier-free and has its own parking space, free Wi-Fi, TV in living rooms and bedrooms, Internet radio, rain shower, infrared seat, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave.

The Fuchsbau vacation home is located on the old estate of the Laase forest estate with an idyllic wooded park, very quiet. It has its own terrace with garden (the lawn is just sown and is green from June 2024). The estate offers plenty of space for nature lovers and families with children. Playground in the park and rowboat on nearby lake included. Horseback riding, cycling and canoeing in the immediate vicinity.
