It is a duplex located in one of the original residential neighborhoods of North Port. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, within walking distance to San Pedro Catholic Church. Located within a mile from restaurants, shopping and near a highway, our Hatka makes for a perfect getaway on a budget.

A pool area is enclosed by a screened patio, featuring a curvilinear pool with clear water. Lounge chairs and a vibrant red umbrella are positioned beside the water. The home’s large windows offer views of the surrounding outdoor space.

This unique house has a style all its own. Decorated with warm and stylish décor with a beach splash. This home is a newer build, early 2020. It is located in a cozy neighborhood, but yet close to malls, stores, restaurants, etc. We are approximately 20-25 minutes from the beautiful Venice beaches and 10 miles from the Punta Gorda beaches. You can also enjoy the pool off the back of the house that features a covered lanai and grill. Come relax and enjoy a great experience!
