We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. This was my second stay here with my family and just like last time, we had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and got to experience the beauty of Exeter. It would be my pleasure to make this my yearly stay for me and my family.

This airbnb was so unique and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable with downtown Newport just 10 minutes in driving distance. The rooftop deck overlooked the bay and we got to share a beautiful sunset each night. The inside of the home had ample space for each member of our group, and provided enough privacy for each of us whilst also giving us plenty of shared spaces. The inside of the home was spotless and inviting. Sara was responsive, accommodating, and helpful each step of the way. My stay in Middletown/Newport was unforgettable. The history, charm, and natural beauty of this area is one of a kind. I can not wait to return.

The house was everything advertised and more! Our hosts were very responsive and clear in their instructions which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! The house is only a 10-15min walk to Scarborough beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Our family had a great week in Kyle’s home! Thanks for everything!

My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

David’s home was exactly as described. The house has obviously been taken care of. The house was homey and very clean. The location was very close to Bowen’s Wharf.

Loved our stay in Newport! This was the perfect spot for our large family right in the heart of everything. Host was great! Gave great instructions and recommendations! We will definitely be back.

Tom's a great host. The house was exactly as described. You were in a real, lived-in home that reflects the care of Tom the owner. (Unlike some of those corporate AirBNB homes that have zero personality) Very clean and has lots of thoughtful touches for guests. Would be great for a family because of the yard and playset. A throwback beach house in a quiet neighborhood of similar homes. We were 6 adults there for the Newport Marathon. And felt comfortable and not too crowded staying there for the weekend. 10-minute walk to 1st beach where the race started which was perfect. Would stay again. Thanks!

It's our second time staying at Joe's. We only stayed one night as we were heading out to Block Island, but it's a lovely house with a cute downtown and lots of great restaurants and local businesses. We love Westerly!

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

Honestly, my friends and I are already talking about booking this place again next year. The backyard was gigantic and perfect for S'mores and stargazing. The house was spacious enough for three adults and two kids to have plenty of room to themselves and together. We were an easy drive from fun activities. And Gina was a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible.

A wonderful place that felt even larger than in the pictures, surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering complete privacy, and the perfect touch of a delicious hot tub experience under a snowy night.

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

Cozy cottage near beach and within artistic community of Charlestown. Rooms were comfortable. House had all of the amenities required to settle in and enjoy our stay. Liz was friendly and quick to communicate.

Steve gave us access to beach pass prior to check in. We spent the day at the nearby quiet beach. We went to his restaurant recommendation which was also on the water and an excellent choice. We went to his dinner recommendation x2 and both excellent choices. The house was perfect. Beds comfortable and hot water available in shower. Clean!! Bathroom spacious and clean! The backyard is peaceful and comfortable for happy hour. We will certainly be back. No problems no hassle. He’s warm and welcoming!

We had an awesome visit to Rhode Island and loved staying at this property. We found it to be very comfortable and clean. It was great for the whole family. Our daughter loved the disc swing in the yard! Excellent central location - close to everything we planned to do!
