For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Directly on a bicycle road, we rent an apartment in a secluded location with a combined kitchen/living room and bedroom as well as a large terrace on the 2nd floor of a former brewery castle around 1910. In 7 minutes you can reach the historic old town of Wasserburg, in 2 minutes the theater. Large shopping centers are within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is secluded. In the kitchen-living room there is a sofa bed (130 wide), and a children's travel cot is also available.
