Fantastic location, space and host for visiting NYC!

EZ was super communicative and kind. I accidentally broke the blinds when I was closing the window, the hook/lock of the window caught the blind on the way down. I communicated this to EZ and he was very understanding. His place is super clean, the park is peaceful, and the train station is 5 min walk away.

Great accomodation for a visit to New York. Hoboken is pleasant, the bus, train and ferry connections to Manhattan often and easy. Pubs and a supermarket around, the neighbourhood is enjoyable by day and quiet enough for a good sleep by night. Above that we felt safe the whole time. The flat was tidy and corresponded to the description. We liked to stay there as it is lovingly furnished and equipped with all the necessary things you need when being on tour. We appreciated the good bed for a good sleep, liked the design and enjoyed the many small amenities to discover bit by bit. Above that Tim and Dianna are very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!!

This place was like a luxury car with all the bells and whistles. Amongst the best experiences. A clean sanctuary. It even had bluetooth speakers in the kitchen and bathroom light fixtures. This was absolutely as clean as, but definitely not, your grandma's house.

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

This place is spectacular in every way. The layout offers ocean views from Every room. You can hear the waves and see the sunrise from the rooftop deck. Livingroom and dining room. The kitchen is well stocked and the home is sparkling clean. The location is superb- you can walk the boardwalk to amazing ethnic restaurants, Coffee shops, even an outdoor performance pavilion. Most of all wilson and Veronica could not have been more accommodating. This is my second stay (we are a group of 6 … we will return and are looking forward to it already

Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.

My stay here has been made so comfortable, the local was perfect for my stay. Quiet and all supplies provided for our stay. Micaela is very responsive and I’m grateful to have found this cozy location right here in West Orange. Close to supermarkets, jitney to the train, movie theater, turtle back zoo and more. A great getaway for anyone who needs a break or home for a few weeks. Thank you Micaela.

Excellent stay. Close to everything but on a quiet residential street. Would definitely recommend.
