Ira & Gay are truly super hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was introduced to neighbors and learned a lot about the area through my conversations with them. Tarpon is a very friendly and welcoming area. The close proximity to Craig Park/Spring Branch, Whitcomb Bayou, and downtown minimize the amount of driving you have to do. One walk around Spring Branch yielded a dolphin sighting. A really great blend of relaxation and activities. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

We love Dunedin and this location was great. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking town square. Perfect spot - restaurants, bars and shops walkable. Our hosts were great and quickly addressed an air conditioning issue. We would definitely stay here again.

As I.had to make.a very last minutenl reservation, I was so grateful that Juan responded so quickly and I was able to rent his very peaceful, clean, quiet, cozy pad in a very nice neighborhood. The little, closed-in patio outside the studio was so nice to sit at last night and unwind and equally as peaceful to sit at and gently wake up at this morning before I got ready and left. A great place!!!

We returned to Tropical Paradise because of our previous stay which was 5 star in every way. The property is landscaped to perfection and the pristine apartment makes for the perfect place to kick back and relax.

We stayed for 5 nights. Mitch and Cherie were wonderful hosts! They checked in with us often to be sure our needs were met. The rental was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We used the provided beach chairs and spent a few evenings sitting on their dock. Their home is beautiful. We so appreciated having the opportunity to experience this bayside lifestyle. So relaxing and peaceful. We parked our car when we arrived and did not drive again until we left. We were able to enjoy beach days, morning runs and local restaurants/shops without having to drive. We loved the walkability of this location. And, you also get the peaceful quiet of a neighborhood. They are excellent hosts and this was a wonderful Airbnb experience. Thank you Mitch and Cherie!!

Ryan Is The Most Accommodating Host On The Island! The Property Doesn’t Fall Short! The Stay Couldn’t Have Been Better And When We Return It Will Be Here Without A Doubt!! The Price Is Worth It To Be Steps Away From The Beach The Pool Was Clean And Had Nice Touches All Around Couldn’t Have Been Better And Is A Great Deal For The Quality!

Place was clean and comfortable. Nice little grassy area by the gulf to go for a swim. Close to restaurants and different small towns. Host was responsive and helpful. Nothing bad to say about this place.

A truly fabulous home. The description in the listing were spot on but even better in person. The view of watching boats go by in the canal, the beautiful salt water pool and outdoor kitchen with a TV, plus the large 85" TV in great room all made this is an exceptional find. We used the kayak's, bikes and fishing poles. Amazing sunrise and sunsets can be viewed from front and back of house. George supplied all paper products, coffee pods and spices which were a great surprise and very much appreciated. The house is fenced in so we didn't have to worry about our little dog running around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for opening your house to us!

Michael's home amazing from the moment we walked into the beautiful foyer! The home was spotless, had abundant natural lighting, all modern appliances and electronics, gorgeous décor, but still had a cozy at-home vibe. The pool and game room were just the icing on the cake! The beds were very comfortable, which is something I'm very particular about. We would definitely return to this air bnb! Michael was a wonderful, personable, and responsive Host, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had about the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool was actually cleaned twice during our 9-day stay. My husband appreciated the workout area, and I enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable patio furniture. Definitely 10/10.

Loved this place. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Anthony was easy to contact and helpful. Couldn’t find the WiFi password when it was right in front of me.🙄 He fixed me up and didn’t even make fun of me. House was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was nice. Reasonably priced. The location is great.

I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with an Airbnb! The house was beautiful and was exactly as described. It had all the comforts of home and made our holiday easy and worry free. The outdoor patio with the fabulous pool was definitely a highlight! I would recommend this place to family and friends, and even hope to return myself someday.

It was exactly as described. We loved the neighbourhood, very quiet. We loved the fenced backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened area. We ate all our meals outside. Very peaceful. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Weeki! Kevin was a fantastic host—super friendly and welcoming. The house was super clean and had a cozy, laid-back, homey vibe that made us feel right at home. We really appreciated all the extra touches he provided throughout. The pool was a major highlight—absolutely gorgeous at night with the lights on and so fun to swim in. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I spent almost a month here and enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely decorated and fully stocked with almost anything one might need. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood that was perfect for walking my old dog and to enjoy the warm weather. The pool was wonderful. My husband and grandchildren enjoyed swimming in it. Jolanda and her husband were very responsive to our needs and we would certainly stay here again. We highly recommend this property.

This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

We LOVED staying here. We loved taking morning walks down the path before we had to get moving to what our days called for. We didn't make it to the pool but they looked lovely! It was absolutely fantastic, Rachele was very kind and responsive when we had questions. 10/10 would stay over and over again!

Anne’s place was great. Here for college golf tournament. Very spacious condo. Anne was great to work with and responsive answering questions timely. Feels like I know her. I’ll be passing along her info to other golf families that may be traveling here.

Using Airbnb was easy and the host answered all of my questions and resolved a check-in error by the guard at the gate quickly. The facility was very nice, a bit pricey for the area though. I will use this service again.

Great condo in a great location! Beautiful views of the golf course right outside. The host, Wilma, is incredibly responsive and kind! I highly recommend staying here!

It was an enjoyable stay. We liked that the condo (which is more of a hotel room with some extra amenities, but we knew that from the listing) was in gated Innisbrook, making it feel safe and private. It was a great location for our needs and very quiet. We enjoyed the "extras" our host put in our room: snacks and drinks, plenty of shampoo, and other products. Cheryl was an excellent host and quick to communicate. For more than a couple of nights, it would be nice if there were a small sitting area and table, but the description was very accurate, and overall, we were comfortable. Since we were there 3 nights, we were glad there was at least a fridge and microwave, since there's no kitchen. We enjoyed the spa amenities (extra but very reasonably priced). The overall building itself was older and a tad musty in the lobby and hallway (but not the condo itself), but well maintained. We would stay again and recommend it to others. It was a positive and comfortable experience.

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

Mauricio's place was excellent for our needs. A little hiccup at checking time but it all worked out in the end. A couple days the pools were locked but overall it was great. Regards. Jeff and Sue
