Beautiful condo with a fabulous view. Hosts were responsive and condo was comfortable and well equipped

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

We loved our stay at Andi’s home in Weeki Wachee. We loved starting the day with a cup of coffee on the dock and then hopping into one of the many kayaks to explore the pristine and amazing Weeki Wachee river. My son and I fell in love with the area and will definitely be back. The house was comfortable and Andi was a responsive and wonderful host.

We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront studio in Tarpon Springs, FL. The location was peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful views right by the water—perfect for a quiet getaway. The studio itself was spotless and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy spot in a beautiful setting.

John was a wonderful host! His arrival instructions were detailed and super helpful, and he responded to all of my questions immediately! The Airbnb was lovely, super clean, cute and exactly what we needed for the weekend (and the backyard area was the perfect place to sit near the water and relax!). If you’re looking for a peaceful space that is still super close to everything you might want to do in Tampa, I highly recommend booking a stay here! We will definitely book here again the next time we are visiting Tampa.

My stay at the Stunning Veranda View Inlet condo was amazing. No detail was overlooked. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Perfect for Spring Break with three teens. We were able to walk to the beach to enjoy lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. The host went above and beyond with a fully stocked starter kit, kitchen fully stocked, extra towels, dish and washing machine pods, etc.—making it easy to feel right at home. The view from the veranda was just as stunning as advertised. I would absolutely stay here again!

I would highly recommend Kimberleys place. Perfect location right on the bay. It was so peaceful and quiet and if you wanted to go have a not so quiet night and fun it is a short walk to a lot of different establishments. The space was super clean, very comfortable. I will definitely reach out again when I return to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mark’s place. It’s a lovely setting by a small lake. Mark was very kind and accommodating. If we had any questions, he was quick to respond. The place suited our needs very well!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks at Billy & Diane's. It is a lovely, clean place on one of the canals. It has just been recently renovated & was beautifully done. My husband loved kayaking each day and saw several dolphins on his tours. We enjoyed watching the ducks & ducklings swim by & then come for several daily visits...so cute. There are several restaurants/bars close by & a wonderful ice cream parlour at the end of the street. This is such a serene and restful home to stay. Billy & Diane are great hosts & it was so nice to meet both of them. We can't wait to return...too bad it's not for another year!

Michael's home amazing from the moment we walked into the beautiful foyer! The home was spotless, had abundant natural lighting, all modern appliances and electronics, gorgeous décor, but still had a cozy at-home vibe. The pool and game room were just the icing on the cake! The beds were very comfortable, which is something I'm very particular about. We would definitely return to this air bnb! Michael was a wonderful, personable, and responsive Host, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had about the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool was actually cleaned twice during our 9-day stay. My husband appreciated the workout area, and I enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable patio furniture. Definitely 10/10.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

We were very happy to find this house. It was perfect for two couples. The best part was taking the provided kayaks out to seven sisters springs. Beautiful. There was also a canoe for those that don’t like kayaks.

This was the perfect river shack for our multi family vacay. We had kids from 1yo to 15 and they all had a blast. They loved the rope swing and having their own space in the bunk houses. The outdoor full bathroom was perfect for kids. Plenty of kayaks or paddle boards for us to share. Not a far paddle to clear water. It was our first time to Weeki wachi river and we had a great experience. Allison was always quick to respond any time we messaged her. We would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here!! The unit was conveniently located right on Weeki Wachi with river access and plenty of water toys! The location was still private and peaceful. It was extremely clean and there wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t provided! Very responsive host. Can’t say enough great things, looking forward to staying here again sometime

This was my second stay at Jose’s home, and it was great once again. The home is very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa….and had fun feeding the ducks in the pond behind the house. I highly recommend Jose’s home and hope to stay again in the near future.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Weeki! Kevin was a fantastic host—super friendly and welcoming. The house was super clean and had a cozy, laid-back, homey vibe that made us feel right at home. We really appreciated all the extra touches he provided throughout. The pool was a major highlight—absolutely gorgeous at night with the lights on and so fun to swim in. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was very nice. It had everything you could need while down there. It felt and looked clean. The view was stunning overlooking the bay, especially for sunsets. The location is not far from the airport or downtown Tampa and then if you want to go to a beach, Clearwater and St Pete isn’t too far of a drive either. I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again!

This place was wonderful. Very well stocked condo with everything you could need for your stay. We loved walking to dinner at night and watching dolphins from the balcony in the mornings! Great place to stay!

This was our fourth time staying at Dockside Condo's and first time with Kit + Gary. Safe to say we found our new favorite condo to rent. The owners are so responsive + I appreciated how quickly they would get back to me before and during our stay. Their home was the perfect size for myself, husband, two small kids + my parents. The hooks and beach towels were a life saver coming back from the beach daily. We appreciated the wagon and cooler provided as well! I especially appreciated all of the kid friendly touches of a pack n play with a sheet, high chair, kids cups / utensils / plates etc. The host welcome gift was a beautiful touch as well. The condo is well stocked with trash bags, paper towels, coffee essentials, TP, laundry + dish pods. We truly felt at home here. The view is unbeatable and location is just far enough away from downtown that you can enjoy the quietness of the harbor with a cup of coffee in the AM or an ice cold bevy in the PM. Thank you Kit + Gary!!

Great location! It is close enough to walk to restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. Instructions were clear. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! We enjoyed the pool too!

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!
