Die Air Base in Ramstein ist in ca. 8 km und Kaiserslautern ist in ca. 10 km zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und einen geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener und voll ausgestatteter Küche. Die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. Waschraum inkl. Waschmaschine, sowie kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden.

The apartment is very quiet close to the forest in a residential area of Kaiserslautern with free parking. It takes about 8 minutes by car to get to the center or train station and 5 minutes to get to the university. About 100 m from the apartment you will find the bus stop where buses run in different directions every 16 minutes on weekdays. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.

Vacation apartment in the musicians' house

The builder of this house, Ludwig Jacob, moved like many Mackenbacher into the world to earn a living for his family with his music. In 1906 he was able to build this house in the style of the usual "musicians' houses" here. In 2014 we set up the apartment on one floor and are always happy to welcome guests from all over the world. We also speak English. My flat is 10 minutes away from Ramstein Airbase and 10-15 minutes away from the city center of Kaiserslautern. The location is ideal for people interested in hiking and cycling in the beautiful Palatinate Forest.
