The basement flat is right next to us in the detached house and has its own entrance, which can be accessed from the garden. The apartment is bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you're as excited as we are about a view of the garden and the clucking of 3 chickens, then you've come to the right place. We as a family, with 3 older kids, are looking forward to friendly encounters and would like to make your stay in Heilbronn pleasant.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
