Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, directly by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3 min. walk to the Stadtbahn [suburban railway] and 22 min. to the center of Stuttgart. Self check-in/out is possible using the keybox. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, washing machine. The apartment is used exclusively by our guests. All necessary shopping can be done on foot. Free public parking is available next to the house.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

The small apartment is located right on the edge of the forest, which is why waking up with birdsong is more likely than through city traffic. The sofa bed can be folded out as needed and used as an additional sleeping space. The small kitchenette has all the necessary utensils. Quiet 2-room apartment on the ground floor of a detached house with garden and terrace in a quiet cul-de-sac. A parking space is located right by the apartment. Within a radius of approx. 30 minutes are the Black Forest and the Swabian Alps with many hiking trails and excursion opportunities. Stuttgart and Karlsruhe can also be reached easily and quickly via the direct highway connection. The Tripsdrill amusement park is about 45 minutes away.

Welcome to Sindelfingen! The small cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a larger apartment building on the edge of the Sommerhofenpark, as well as Klosterseepark (beautiful evening walks and great running opportunities are guaranteed). Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.
