There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Vor der Haustür kannst du auf der kleinen Terrasse vielleicht den Eisvogel hören und entdecken.

The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Our cozy 38 m² duplex apartment offers Mediterranean charm on two floors – with its own terrace and separate entrance. The bright living and dining area on the ground floor invites you to linger, while the romantic bedroom in the attic with a low ceiling creates a special ambience. Our farm in picturesque Döckingen is located on the Hahnenkamm not far from the Franconian Lake District at the Ries Geopark. The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. For your children, there are many play opportunities, animals to pet or even a ride on the Tregger. Breakfast on request (extra charge)

Spend the night in the old wood warehouse of the carpenter's shop. The guest house can accommodate up to 7 people.
