Monthly Rentals in Wellsville

A beautiful, quaint place to relax and unwind. We loved reading by the fire, having breakfast with gorgeous views, and checking out local farms during maple weekend! Cartwright’s Maple Tree Inn was a great end to our trip. This spacious and homey cabin was just what we needed for a few nights away. The remote setting and sound of the water flowing in the back yard are just what you need to help you unwind. We plan on returning in the future!

This was a lovely quiet, peaceful apartment and neighborhood. Anything we could have needed was provided. All sorts of staples, and much more, were stocked in the kitchen. Snacks were fun perks, as well. Linen galore. Great TV. CLEAN!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and slept like babies in the comfy king bed.

Need two bedroom, hot shower and usable kitchen in Wellsville? Then this is a great choice. Nice neighborhood and close to everything. Off street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Everything works. Nice to be able to cook and relax and live normally.

The pics are spot on. Nicely decorated. Right on Main Street. Walk to restaurants supermarket very close. Beds were comfortable as was seating area. Loved the window shades. Even though it is listed as 1c there are about 5 steps down to the apt.
