Country house in the Swabian Forest, surrounded by meadows and forests. Secluded location in a popular hiking area. Numerous swimming lakes are in close proximity. Our lovingly renovated apartment, with approx. 75 square meters, awaits nature and hiking enthusiasts, cyclists, alone, as a couple or as a group of three. Families up to 3 people, or 2 business people. Of course, dogs are also welcome. (Up to 2 dogs). They are particularly pleased about the large property and the stream that invites them to play.

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. The apartment on the old Holzplatz is a bright, quietly located apartment with a usable area of about 63 m² in Waldhausen. The 2.5-room apartment is spacious and has a terrace at ground level. There is a large living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom. The apartment is therefore ideally suited for solo travelers, couples or even an adult and a child. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

Souterrain Studio 19 min ‘walking’ Downtown

My accommodation is good for couples, cyclists, students, solo travellers, adventurers, business travellers and families (with children). It is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of SHA, but with a climb = 100 m difference in altitude!!!! Down easy, back better by bus... NO PETS ALLOWED... Breakfast is available—feel free to help yourself. A small donation in the blue piggy bank is welcome. 😊

The apartment is in the basement and has its own entrance. It can be reached from the garden. The house is located in a quiet settlement. The historic city center is a 20-minute walk. A bus stop is 500 meters away. The local recreation area "Breite Eiche" invites you to take long walks. Shopping facilities are located nearby. The bed is 135 cm wide. We can provide an extra mattress.
