From here you can take the train within 10 minutes to the middle of Kassel city center. The UNESCO World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park with its impressive water features is within walking distance.

The flat comprises 3 rooms: a bedroom with a large double bed, a study with an additional bed, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The connection to the city centre is good, about 10 minutes by train. Unfortunately, parking is only possible on the side street.
