Our farm is located right on the edge of the forest, near the spa town of Bad Pyrmont with a view of an unspoiled natural landscape. The apartment for fitters and holiday guests with 3 floors and 4 bedrooms has been newly furnished. Separate entrance on the first floor with hallway, wardrobe and laundry room with washer-dryer. On the 2nd floor are the 4 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and tub. On the 3rd floor, there is a large kitchen with adjoining living area and covered balcony. Wi-Fi and parking are available.

The special charm of this accommodation lies in many details, such as the original preserved wooden framework and the high-quality interior fittings. The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with sauna, jacuzzi, sun loungers and fireplace

Es handelt sich um eine Suite in einem Einfamilienhaus (Bungalow) wo unsere Familie selber wohnt. Achtung: Wir haben zwei liebe Hunde (Lilli, und Berry), die unseren Gästen gerne begrüßen.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
