This property is a hidden gem. Host was super communicative and very easy to talk to. The house has ample parking, a nicely appointed kitchen, and more space than you'd expect. If you're someone who struggles with uneven surfaces or steps, be aware the path to the door is gravel and you need to step up into the house. This is an older home with narrower doorways, if that's important for you. We will absolutely look to see if this property is open for our next trip to the area.

Getaway to the Cozy Place is a beautiful home located in a wonderful area/neighborhood. We were visiting for Brick City Weekend at RIT, so the location was perfect. Sonia is an efficient and friendly host. The home was clean and had everything that we needed while staying there. I would definitely reserve this property for any other trips we make to RIT.
