Villa holiday rentals in West Indies

Tressa was great communicating and the binder they leave is great. The house is exactly as described and is beautiful. My wife is already bugging me to go back. We could only book for six nights due to availability so we stayed our last night at the Ritz. Villa Del Mar was cleaner than our room at the Ritz. Thank you for a great experience and will be booking again here soon.

This place was just as shown in the pictures. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The house is exceptionally clean and well-stocked, and I appreciated the presence of liquid hand soap at all sinks, along with plenty of dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent. I had a fantastic time. I do have a few suggestions that might enhance the experience. It would be great to have room darkening curtains, as the rooms can be quite bright. Additionally, providing extra blankets would be helpful, as one thin blanket wasn’t enough all guests wanted more. A clothesline to hang pool towels and bathing suits would also be a great addition. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would love to stay again. Thank you!

I can't say enough about our stay here. First, Soufriere is a great city to stay in St. Lucia. It is at the center of everything we wanted to do. Second, the property itself is amazing. Having breakfast on the patio while enjoying the view is an amazing way to start the day. Ending the day with a dip in the pool and a view of the Pitons was perfect. The property itself is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. However, the number one advantage of staying at one of Janus' properties is the team that comes with it. They are what took our stay in St. Lucia from great to amazing. Jeda worked with us to create an itinerary that covered everything we wanted to do while maximizing our time. Malik safely got us everywhere we needed to be, answered our endless questions, and taught us much about St Lucia. I'm sure there are many properties on St Lucia that are adequate, but Janus' team make his properties memorable.

Frank was a wonderful friendly host. The space was clean and beautiful, easy walk to the beach (10 mins) Would absolutely stay in Frank's space again!

Location was great, the place was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed very much our stay and would highly recommend it!

The villa was beautiful and we loved having Maribel. Maribel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with everything once we were on site.

Villa Pure is heavenly. From the moment we booked until we left, we felt like family members coming to visit. Nina and Kevin were fantastic hosts and we truly enjoyed meeting them upon arrival and when leaving. The home itself was absolutely wonderful, and better than we could have imagined. It was quite cozy and well maintained. We had everything we needed from a beach cooler and chairs to a volleyball for the pool. The outside area was lovely to hang out and a super easy walk down to the water to watch the boats and look across to Pinel. We truly enjoyed kayaking to Pinel for a wonderful lunch and some beach time. Fortunately, for those who don't want to kayak, the ferry is a very short walk around the water's edge from the villa. Sleeping was great here too...very comfortable beds, black out storm shutters, and heavy doors. Early risers in your house won't wake everyone else up! We truly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be looking to book again with Villaway when we return.

Super nice and relaxing, ideal for a long or short family vacation close to the beach and with everything you might need. I would return 100%.

Fantastic space and flexible, responsive and friendly host. This home was top notch, beautifully designed with high end features. Backyard was paradise, and I also very much enjoyed spending time in the front courtyard with the fountain as well. I highly recommend for larger parties that want a quiet, serene space and beach access isn’t a high priority. I wouldn’t think twice about booking this place.

OMG! Robert place was breathe taking waoo. Everything was exactly like in the picture and more. My friends and I had an amazing time for my birthday. Robert was a very good host, extremely helpful and responsive. Even the driver and chef that we book through him were incredibly welcoming, and I have to mention that my birthday breakfast and dinner cooked by the chef were the best foods we had the whole stay. The rooftop was everything, very quiet and private community. It was my 1st time in Jamaica and I had a wonderful time there, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Ocho Rio. Thank you Robert for your hospitality.

This place is honestly magical, even more stunning in real life. It’s the most beautiful villa I’ve ever stayed in without a doubt. What made it so special for us was being able to sit outside on the balcony and watch the wildlife as if you were sat in a national park. It’s truly astonishing, I saw the most beautiful birds. The place is exceptionally clean, the cleaner was amazing and access to washing facilities is a bonus as we were able to wash a few things before our long journey home. The pool area is also pristine. My kids loved it so much they were very very sad to leave! We are not usually ones to stay at the pool but during our stay here we spent most of the time at the villa because it was just out of this world. The BBQ area is amazing and we grilled some delicious fresh fish! Highly recommend doing your own BBQ! Thankyou so much for a very memorable stay, we will never forget it!

The house is was very modern well taken care of Karel was a great house only small issue is that is the master bathroom would occasionally get a rancid smell

Great place! A walk (steep, but very doable hill) to the beach, restaurants and rentals/schools, etc! Beautiful view! We spent most evenings/nights at n the deck relaxing and listening to the waves!

This is a beautiful villa. Very spacious, fantastic two-room primarily suite leading to the patio with the hot tub. BTW, this seemed to be the only villa here with an outdoor hot tub. Two of the other three bedrooms had a private bathroom too. Kitchen was very well equipped compared to many other places I’ve rented, even had a large ice maker. I made great use of the fitness center right down the street.

We enjoyed our stay here! It is located off a busier street so during certain times of the day a little harder to get out but it was not too much of an issue! We got to relax by the pool area! The house was very clean and had many modern touches to it. Communication was great! We felt very safe! We would definitely stay here again!

Alex was very welcoming and friendly. He was very flexible and very attentive when we needed something. We had a good stay here.

Not only did he recommendations and advice for all of our requests but in many cases he actually managed them directly with the vendor or third-party. This place is beautiful great beaches close & Responsive host !!

We had the most wonderful stay! Can’t say enough wonderful things. Barbara was always so responsive before and during our stay. This house has everything you need - plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, clear directions on how to use everything, wonderful outside space and pool, beach chairs, cooler . . the list goes on and on. We enjoyed an equal amount of evenings dining out and cooking dinner/relaxing by the pool. We used Island Rides Car Rental which was amazing - they picked us up at the airport, brought us to the house and our rental car was at the house waiting for us. Don’t hesitate - book this house for your trip to Aruba!!!! I have already recommended to several family and friends.

This Airbnb in Camuy Puerto Rico was an absolute dream! The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and just a short walk to the beach. It's tucked away in a peaceful, secluded area, far from the usual tourist spots (about an hour drive from San Juan) which made the experience feel so much more authentic and relaxing. I had to work during part of my stay, and Jorge went above and beyond by upgrading the internet speed to ensure I had a seamless connection. I truly appreciated that level of care and responsiveness. The space was well-equipped with two smart TVs, a gorgeous pool, and a grill that I definitely took advantage of. Even though it's in a quiet location, it's still conveniently close to essentials like grocery stores and great local restaurants. Overall, I felt like I had the perfect mix of productivity, comfort, and relaxation. Don’t hesitate to book this place, you’ll be so glad you did!

We stayed for 3+ weeks over Christmas and NYE in Niki’s Naples villa. The house, the lanai and the garden provide a Florida home away from home - it’s tidy and spacious, yet cosy and homey. Walking, cycling, driving and parking inside the Briarwood gated community feels so safe. Our favourites: 1. The villa’s layout with high floor-to-ceiling height, four bedrooms, three baths and the living room, kitchen and lanai at its heart. 2. Fishing in the canal just behind the house. 3. Briarwood’s well kept, pleasant neighbourhood with nice sunny walks and bike rides, pickleball courts, basketball and more. Lastly, Niki was a great host and made our stay a breeze by being service minded, accessible and professional. Niki made our booking and our stay run smoothly.
