Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in West Nipissing

Jeff was very responsive, and clearly put time and effort into small details. Towels folded into swans, all the light switches were labeled (very helpful!), and when we accidentally tripped a breaker (100% our fault) Jeff came and helped us out in minutes!

Mitch is such a kind and helpful person. I stayed with AirB&B in Europe, South America and of course North America. Mitch can give a course to hosts on how to be client oriented and kind.

Hello Bimpe, thanks for having me stay at you're place. Just curious about you're sump pump going off quite often, not that it bothered me but I had the same issue at my last house and had to put in a battery backup pump in case of power outage or a backup generator.. I had a few floods in my basement before so...Just wondering if you have had any such incidence's? I did notice a little odor in your kitchen area and also your Dryer has a squeaking sound to it. Might want to look into that. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and hope its available again if I'm ever in the area for work in the future. Cheers

Hi Ashley. Your place was great. Everything expected. Bathtub was a little high for short legged older ladies would be the only thing I would let future renters know about. Other than that you will feel at home within hours. Ghislain

Stoped in North bay for an evening well doing some travelling. The place was just what we were looking for. We booked it last minute as we weren’t planing on stoping in north bay. the host was very accommodating, got it ready right away well still making sure the place was in top condition. It’s very cute and homey. The host was sure to let us know if we needed anything to feel free to reach out, one of them always answered with in 5 minutes. Over all a great stay, even decided to spend an extra night

This is our second time staying here and will definitely be back. Eleanora is very friendly and approachable who shows she really cares to ensure her guests are happy and comfortable. The house is very cozy and exactly as described and shown in pictures. We found it to be clean and well equipped including extras such as games, books and information on what the area has to offer.

Kim was really communicative and good about making sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. Easily reached, easy to work with. We spent the weekend fishing/snowmobiling and the location was very good for access to Lake Nipissing. Fishing is always good on the South Shore. Space was spacious, clean, multiple bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Everything you need.

Fantastic spot on the water. Lots of bedrooms with large beds. Well stocked kitchen, thoughtful inclusions and tons of games! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for one night only and Joan’s place was just lovely, the apartment was very spacious and clean looking out to the lake. I would definitely stay again and longer!

This Lake Nipissing rental was very much what we were looking for to do an ice fishing outing for 6 mostly retired guys – it was almost directly in from Lonely Island (about 1.5k walk). The actual cottage is very large, and it was nice having 2 ½ baths. The kitchen is very big with a huge island that also works as a pub height dinning area and there are tons of cabinets with all of the kitchen utensils/accessories you’ll need to make great meals. There are a few rough areas, which comes from a lot of use (e.g., trim work, a few chips, dents and worn chairs, shower heads, etc.), but for a northern cottage rental I would say it would be 4 to 4.5 stars and for an ice fishing choice I must give it 5 stars. I will very much consider this location again if we decide to do another ice fishing trip to this location again in the future and if you were doing a non-winter trip, I’m sure this location would be a perfect area with boat access and placement on the water for a large family outing.

Beautiful place. Very convenient for our ice fishing weekend. Was awesome coming back to a hot tub. Very friendly people. Overall a great place to stay. Will book there again.
