Booked fairly late but were so pleased we did. Perfect location for what we were doing and so close to lovely beaches in the area. Property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

This is our second stay here and we enjoyed the most glorious weather which was such a bonus - it also meant we could explore other elements the property has to offer including BBQ and sunshade - the hut is well designed and has just the right amount of everything you could need for a short stay - if it’s available then book it !

We had a fantastic time staying at James and Emma’s. Whilst the location is tucked away off the normal path, their clear instructions made it easy to find. Their restaurant recommendations were also great and meant we found some real gems that we wouldn’t have otherwise known about. We would love to stay again if we were ever back in the area.

We had such a lovely time at Sunset View. After a little blip getting started (which was very quickly resolved), we quickly settled in and felt right at home in Emily's comfortable and well thought out caravan. Devon Cliffs is a huge site but the van is in a great position in a quiet cul de sac so you're not 'on top' of other people. Only a 5 minute walk to the leisure area and shop and we had a lovely sea view when the sun came out! We really loved it and will definitely be back.

I have visited Alison's lodges now several times as the location is just absolutely stunning, it's dog friendly and the lodges themselves are beautiful, cosy and well equipped. The sound of the babbling brook at Brook Lodge as I fell asleep at night was so peaceful. It's so easy to access beautiful walks very close, including within the grounds themselves, and you can also hop in the car and go a bit further afield. Alison is very thoughtful and flexible and I could not recommend this stay more. It is a little bit of peace!

Highly recommend this place.....very modern & clean. A nice place to relax after a busy day sightseeing nearby attractions. It's a good location for visiting Bristol, Bath, Wells. The countryside views are amazing. There's also decent WiFi and a smart TV. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace in the morning and some 'Netflix a chill' after our busy days out.

A fantastic place! A huge garden which is secure for dogs, covered hot tub, well equipped, log burner and a great touch is the bbq area is placed in the garden which gets the sun until sunset! Great design choice! 10/10. Would for sure stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s, clean, comfortable and cosy! it was just as described in the beautiful town of Beaminster. Lots of local pubs to enjoy thanks to Sarah’s recommendations. We also enjoyed an evening at Dexters which was lovely food and the staff were so friendly! We will definitely return!

Dawn-Lesley was a brilliant host - very accommodating but also left us to do our own thing. Williton was a lovely village and a perfect base for us to explore the surrounding areas. The place itself great, with lots a nice touches and a very comfy bed.

We had a lovely stay at Susan’s place , it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The location is peaceful and perfect for exploring the beautiful Devon countryside. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway!

We chose this property for its peaceful rural location, but also to be close to Lyme seafront and also nearby Sidmouth. The setting, down a single track road was so peaceful with lovely countryside views and all you could hear was bird song. You could see the sea from the end of the field. Parking was very close by. Blessed with wonderful weather we sat outside to eat, to take in our surroundings and later that evening enjoyed some wonderful uninterrupted star gazing free of any light pollution. The property was very nice and modern, with everything you could want. Good cooking facilities and very good shower. Our only comment - and it's minor - is that we felt the bed could benefit from a new mattress. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would use it again.

Great just, helpful and went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Compact, peaceful and characterful accommodation Well equipped kitchen

I spent a week at Kim and Edd's - and everything was great. I wanted a quiet place close to Tor, Chalice Well and White Spring. We didn't have a hire car, but we walked everywhere from the house, including into town for shopping (Morrisons) and into the centre - to the Abbey and other places of interest. For longer trips we used buses and taxis - it's easy to get everywhere on foot. There is an unpleasant, busy road into town, but our hosts advised us of a quiet path leading through the idyllic countryside, where there are also lovely evening walks. During the day the road is audible, but in the evening everything calms down and you enjoy the English countryside with bleating sheep, hooting owls and the wonderful house cat Brutus. :D The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, you can heat up on cold days, there is always plenty of hot water (and good pressure). If you want to experience a comfortable, peaceful and enjoyable holiday with the strong energy under Tor, this is great!

Loved Lynsey’s place, it was perfect for what my friends and I were looking for. Very clean and tidy had everything we needed for a couple of nights. Lynsey herself was very responsive, which I appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! We truly can't fault this accommodation—it was perfect for our needs, especially as it came about due to a last-minute issue with our house move. Karen and John were incredibly responsive and welcoming, which made everything so much easier. Lavender Annex is spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious for one or two people. We specifically wanted somewhere self-contained but not just a single room, and this ticked every box. The separate kitchen area was a real bonus, and it's clear that the hosts have thoughtfully included everything you might need. The little private outdoor seating area was a lovely touch, and having off-street parking was a huge plus. It’s fantastic value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others—or book it again when we have family visiting. Thank you again, Karen and John!

Just had a lovely weekend away, the beach hut was more spacious than I was expecting, we were there in winter and it was lovely and warm. Tina was lovely and helpful. A beautiful spot for peace and quiet but with a short drive to the local seaside towns or the moors. Will definitely be revisiting.
