Host was friendly, reached out when there was a public concern in apartment complex, place was as described, tv was huge, felt like being at the movies!

Stayed with my husband, 17 year old l, and 12 year old. The beds were perfect in the spare room and I always travel with an extension cord which helped with electronics and charging in the spare room( not needed there were outlets, but was helpful). Perfect place to unwind after long days of walking and visiting the zoo and DC area. Amy was available when I reached out for local recommendations and expressed that she had extra info in the master bedroom. This location met all my expectations for cooking, relaxing, and safety. Most Airbnb’s look comfortable but don’t accommodate our family for relaxation so I was looking specifically for a sectional to watch movies or tv together and this space provided this and much more; really was comforting and felt home like. We cuddled up, I made some tea, and the view was amazing. Thank you both! We will definitely return next time we visit DC.

We had a great stay at this lower level 2-bedroom spot! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Both bedrooms were cozy, and everything was well-kept and tidy. The host was super responsive and proactive. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!
