A wonderfully beautiful apartment in an idyllic village. We were guests in Schmallenberg in the apartment of the Kölbel family in winter. The apartment corresponds 100% to the pictures. Super easy check-in/out. Arriving at the apartment, we immediately felt at home. Everything is super clean and the apartment is well laid out, enough space for 6 people. The bathroom and beds are a dream💯. The Kölbel family is super friendly and helpful. In the village you will find everything you need, a small but fine EDEKA (Tante Emma) a beverage market a pastry shop and some nice restaurants. The apartment has always been a great starting point for our excursions. We thank the Kölbel family and are already looking forward to next winter in Schmallenberg.

we spend a week with our 3 Kids at the flat. İt was huge enough so everyone had they're privacy. beds and bathtoom was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. (Thanks for all the coffee by the way). İt has a large terrace wich is a fun when you have the sun. The flat is near the road but it was very very quit.We had an electric car and could use the wall box to charge it for a fair price which was a big advantage for us. We got always very quick response from Emil when we had a question. Would definitely recommend Emils flat and be glad to stay again.

peter and Annette's place is beautiful: the decoration is sought after; its south exposure is very nice and despite the cool temperature the terrace is a real plus! our stay went very well: we took advantage of the neighborhood which offers shopping, walking. Peter and Annette are very available and welcome you to their home as close people. Easter, we had chocolates! a fantastic experience!

Excellent accommodation and excellent facilities. I spoke with the owners direct and they were very helpful. I look forward to going back.

Location is top, everything was very well maintained and complete. The garden is lovely to relax in and the contact with the host went smoothly. The upstairs neighbor is also very nice and always available for questions or a chat. It was also very nice that the dogs were so welcome. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Very nice contact. Everything went smoothly. The hot tub is awesome! :) There were plenty of towels, the host is very generous. The place was exactly as shown in the photos. Cabinets light switches etc. are labeled. We found that very pleasant, as everything found very quickly.

I had a very good time to regenerate and recover from my knee surgery. Very friendly and helpful in every situation and yet reserved. Really good👍

We were received incredibly nicely. On Easter Sunday, we found a nest of chocolate chicks outside our door. The apartment is very quiet with views of the castle park, which is unfortunately not open to the public. But you can walk in 2 minutes to the picturesque medieval city center of Büdingen. We felt very comfortable - the ideal place to explore the Spessart or Wetterau from there.

A beautiful place to stay. Very child-friendly and absolutely clean and well maintained. We will be happy to come back if we can 😉

Appealing cutes apartment where everything necessary was really available, even a capsule coffee machine, which I honestly don't exactly prefer. Had even brought me my personal coffee and was happy to prepare it in an ecologically more valuable normal coffee machine. Then it couldn't. But great: After all, there are enough of the ecologically not exactly sensible capsules to drink at least one coffee per person every morning. Tip for space-saving reasons: maybe just put a bialetti;-) Overall: Clean, nicely decorated, very quiet to the farm the location, yet right next to lively surroundings. Too bad the cleaning person came 15 minutes before check-out time, we had a little pressure, that was not so polite ;-) But overall great! I'd love to come back!

We stayed there with our daughter (2 years) and can recommend it without reservation as accommodation for young families. For long walks you only have to walk 50m further and stand in the field. We also found the quiet area to be very pleasant. The possibility to use the wallbox for charging was also super convenient. Thank you & Regards ✌️

From our point of view, 5 stars. Umut was very friendly all the time and answered questions very quickly. The apartment was clean, generously sized, and fully equipped. The situation is quiet and very pleasant. Larger cities can be reached quickly. If we are around again we would book the apartment again. Already during the arrival, we were informed by the Schröder family exactly how to best get to the accommodation. On site, we were then personally welcomed and briefed on the special features of the localities (shopping, restaurants) and the apartment. The Schröder family was very friendly, extremely helpful and also responded to our requests during the stay. The two-week stay was very pleasant and can definitely be recommended.

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

It was a super nice stay at the place. We got a great explanation in advance where we can find everything and were able to travel comfortably on and off again. We were greeted with a little attention in the form of drinks and fruit, which we were very happy about. We can only recommend it. Thank you.

This apartment ,very clear and spacious , 30 minutes from Koblenz (according to work in progress and therefore traffic conditions!!) proved to be a haven of peace in nature. Nice terrace, with aromatic plants conducive to rest, and on the same level access to the private pool. A luxury when you come home after the very varied visits around ( Eltz- Belstein-Coblence-Bad Ems- Limburg-Eltville and Eberbach monastery). Everything is quality . Erika is a discreet and attentive host. We recommend it!

Lovely clean place. Silvia and Bernd are very friendly and accommodating. Communication worked very well. The train station is a few minutes away. You don't hear any trains, it's pleasantly quiet. We had another wine tasting with the two of them. We felt very comfortable.

Eric and Nicole are a very sweet host and hostess. The communication was very fast and pleasant and we were able to contact them for any questions. We were warmly welcomed, given tips for activities and for our girls there was even as a surprise a sandpit in which they could look for gems. The house is great. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with views over the valley and a beautiful garden. The house is incredibly spacious and has all the comforts. We were there at the end of October and the underfloor heating made it very cozy. Really a lovely house, very complete bathroom and kitchen, everything was sparkling clean and there were even all kinds of extras such as tea towels, soap and dishwasher tablets. We highly recommend Eric and Nicole and their beautiful home!
