It is located 200 m from the edge of the forest and is the ideal starting point for hiking or cycling tours to "Kroppacher Schweiz" and with connection (1 km) to the Westerwaldsteig. Two playgrounds are not far away and there is much to discover, e.g. Hachenburg with the historic market square, the Marienstatt Abbey with monastery garden & brewery, the Westerwald Seenplatte, Bad Marienberg with climbing and animal park.

A place to yourself and gladly with a dog (for a fee, please specify when booking). There are many destinations. Here in the village there are 2 bakers and restaurants/snack bars. Supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car and on foot. Arrival by bus and train is possible. There's nothing here but lots of nature! For hiking or cycling, you have a perfect starting point from our AirBnb (20 square meters with private bathroom), but it is also great to just wrap up for a weekend. Please note: The nearest bakery where you can have a nice breakfast, as well as shopping, is an 8-minute drive away. Edeka/Penny 8 minutes, the nearest Lidl /Aldi / Rewe/ DM is 12 minutes away Bonn 45 - 60 min Cologne Bonn Airport - 45 minutes Cologne 1h- 1.15

Lovingly furnished 1-room apartment that invites you to relax with a small kitchen, bathroom and covered balcony. The apartment is located in a detached annex. Located in a small village in the countryside about 5 km from the nearest main town - ideal for hiking or cycling in the adjacent nature reserve or in the idyllic Siegtal. Nature lovers and hikers/cyclists are in the right place with us. Since the annex is difficult to heat, we do not rent in the winter months.

Visit our quiet and stylishly furnished apartment in Meddersheim in the middle of the Nahe wine region. For 2 to 4 people, we would like to offer you a special experience on our spacious grounds. Friendly contacts exist with the winegrowing families from Meddersheim and with the top wineries Emrich-Schönleber in Monzingen and Dönnhoff in Oberhausen. The wine refrigerator is always well-stocked and wine tastings can be arranged individually.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.
