Perfect for our needs for a quick weekend stay. Reliable internet and a comfortable living space with a yard to walk our dog.

we couldn't have found a better place to stay. we were there for a long weekend, and specifically for a Buffalo Bandits game at Key Bank Stadium. We found many places withing walking distance to have breakfast, we skip lunch, but endless places for dinner with whatever vibe you're looking for. We were renting the top floor of a charming older home, which had been very tastefully renovated while keeping up with period details and 100% comfort in mind. We loved it! Kevin was always fast to respond, extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was flexible, we were able to check in early, and very clear instruction with plenty of parking... a plus for city living! The beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture, a bonus for watching a good movie or playing board games. couldn't have been more pleased, we highly recommend this stay and will definitely reach out to stay again if we travel to Buffalo in the future.

This was a nice two bedroom place,very close to the villiage and walking distance to the park. It is clean and well decorated and outfitted. Marie is friendly and responsive. The price is great for what you get.

our stay on Wesley Street at Dan's house was everything we needed. we seek out this residence whenever coming to Buffalo. it's close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and other amenities. the North Park neighborhoods are beautiful to walk in!

The apartment was spotless, exactly as pictured, and had all the amenities that were listed—nothing was missing. Apartment is updated and well cared for. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how easy communication was. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free experience!

We actually stayed over Christmas and it was home away from home! The pictures described it perfectly - easily big enough for 4 adults and still had room to spread out. We were able to stay with our daughter and cook meals together (very modern kitchen), see the sites and be a family! Shana was an incredible host for this first time Airbnb user.

The host was amazing, answered all our questions with respect and had an impressive response time. The location was perfect, just 13 minutes from Clifton Hill, making it super convenient for exploring Niagara. We had an excellent stay! The house was clean, lovely, great location, felt like home. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. It was easy to get to and easy to access and navigate the home. We would absolutely stay here again. The location was amazing for visiting Canada and Niagara Falls. We were even able to see the beautiful pink moon right from the hot tub in the back yard. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described! Emilee was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The home was lovely -- my family and I had a wonderful time staying there! Great access to the beach, and a little play area my kids loved. (My daughter was begging us to stay longer.) Lisa was extremely responsive. When the grill propane was low at dinner time, she had it replaced within 20 minutes, fast enough that we were still on time for dinner! We can't recommend this home enough, and we would love to return sometime.

We will thrilled with the location. The house showed exactly like photo, the house was sparkling clean and cozy.

We really enjoyed our family visit to Buffalo, Jon's home is located in a great area for taking strolls around the neighborhood, and close to some really fantastic restaurants. The home itself was ample space, and for anyone who loves the charm of an old home, this had it in spades. It was really lovely, clean, and had all the amenities a family with a baby could need. We would definitely recommend checking out Jon's place.

It Was exactly as described. We had such a great stay at Shea's. She thought of all things we could have needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Mary is an excellent host we was blown away with the hospitality the beautiful condo we stayed in. Everything was clean neat and inorder no clutter. I recently stayed at Emmanuel’s Airbnb in Niagara Falls, and it was fantastic. The host was friendly and communicated well. My friends and I stayed at Jessica's lovely apartment and were assisted by Kristina and Dean as well. Lovely, well- appointed apartment - we were most grateful for two days of rest. The apartment has all the amenities you would need, high quality linens and towels and a fully stocked kitchen. It is in a good location and easily accessible via ride share services if you don't have a car. We would definitely book again and I will be sure to share this gem with family and friends!
