Queen Air mattress in closet which can fit in living room or bedroom. Balcony which over looks the backyard. Central air. Washer/Dryer. High ceilings makes it feel open and spacious. Big backyard to relax and hangout with patio. My wife and I live next door in the house. Centrally located, 15min to Niagara Falls, 20 min to Buffalo.
