Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

This accommodation is very centrally located in the 3rd district (Landstrasse) of the city of Vienna. The underground (U3) takes you to the city center in just a few minutes. Thanks to the generous room heights and the large window elements, you can enjoy the view from the modern furnished apartment of the green Prater and the Danube Canal. From the infinity pool on the 31st floor you can enjoy the view over the city. The pool is closed from October to April.

Unser privates Penthouse liegt mitten in der historischen Altstadt Wiens - direkt angrenzend an die Wiener Prunkstraße Graben. 200qm über den Dächern Wiens mit einer 20qm privaten Rooftop-Terrasse mit Blick über die ganze Stadt. Dies ist unsere Privatwohnung, ausgestattet mit einzigartigen Designermöbeln und privaten Dingen . Daher bitten wir Gäste unsere Wohnung so zu behandeln als wäre es ihre eigene.
