Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.
