In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

The vacation home offers plenty of space and has been lovingly furnished. The spacious glass fronts provide light-flooded rooms and allow a beautiful view of the countryside. Nuremberg and Bayreuth can be reached in about 35 minutes by car, Bamberg in about 45 minutes.

With attention to detail, we have completely renovated this house, which is over 100 years old. We reused as much of the old materials as possible or worked with natural materials, such as clay plaster, furniture made of wood in our own construction, the sink was hand-potted by me and mounted on an old sewing machine frame. The town of Pinzberg is about 5 km southeast of Forchheim. My property is located on the northern outskirts on the main road.
