Beautiful Waterway View w/parking *No service fee!

The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. We lived in this cute historic home for over a year and loved it! If you're looking for new and perfect, this is not it. It is a cool old house in a neat location. In the morning you can walk to breakfast at Jesters and take a peaceful stroll at night to the riverfront or historic downtown with restaurants and bars. Private second floor duplex -walk to downtown (10min walk) -near a Jester's breakfast -back deck -Wrightsville beach 20 min -Carolina beach 30 min.
