Beach house holiday rentals in Wilmington

This was our first time at carolina beach with our 2 toddlers. This was a perfect stay for us and our pup. Very conveniently located and the house was a great size and cozy.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Comfortable and tidy home - Main entrance is on bottom floor w/all the bedrooms and kitchen and living room are upstairs. Two bedrooms and living room have access straight to the beach - the beach & ocean is literally just steps away - amazing !! Quiet community w/numerous restaurants and ice cream shops just minutes away.

We enjoyed our week at Emma’s Dream! It was a beautiful home and description was accurate. There was lots of room, beautiful views and relaxing decks to spend time together. The beach was quiet and house is conveniently located near the pier and restaurants. We would definitely rent this home again.

Sea Stilts is a very nice oceanfront, single level, 3-Bedroom beach house in a quiet neighborhood. I think of it as a bungalow. Walk off the back porch down the steps and you are on the beach. We have stayed there twice now, in mid April and now early May. There were not a lot of people on the beach. That may change some during the summer months, but even if all the adjacent houses were fully occupied I don’t think the beach would be crowded. The back porch has 6 composite “LL Bean” type high chairs with cup holders so you can sit out there and enjoy the unobstructed ocean view. When we arrived (easy entry via digital combination lock), the place was clean and neat. We never ran out of hot water (there were 2 of us), and there is a nice stacking washer/dryer so you can do your laundry. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay! Super short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely be contacting Shelly for another trip.

The location of this home is perfect! Direct access to the beach with no obstruction of beach views. Host had excellent communication with us and we would definitely stay in this home in the future.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Erin’s Home for Labor Day weekend. We were there to celebrate my birthday as well as time as a family. The home was well prepared for our stay and the necessities needed were all available. It’s such a beautiful home and having access to a pool on the premises was an added plus. The homeowners also provided us a list with information to any questions we may have needed answered which was a nice touch. I recommend anyone interested in renting a home to spend with family or friends, to consider a stay here. You won’t be disappointed! We stayed at this property for four days in October and had a greqt experience. The property was beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities that were listed. The property was well manicured outside and the swimming pool and firpit were awesome. Upon arrival we found the property in a very clean and tidy and in working condition. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the sinks and showers was good. Maybe it was because we were there in the off season, but there were no crowds to speak of and we felt like we had a lot of privacy at the property. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

Ramith - thank you for opening your property to our group! It was the perfect house for both entertaining & relaxing. The only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer! You really thought of everything to make our stay easy! We had spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset that could be enjoyed from several balconies and the amazing rooftop terrace. The house is perfectly situated - quick walk to the public access for the beach and equal distance to restaurants and shopping. The house was well equipped and even included beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles and floats. And of course I can’t forget the decor! It’s like the house has been staged for sale and it’s very upscale & modern yet comfy! Thank you again for the ease of check-in! We hope to be back again soon!!

The home beautiful and clean. Well equipped with what we needed to get out stay stared. The kids feel in love with the pool, I enjoyed the peace and quiet. Would definitely rent it again.

Truly a “home away from home” this week! We had to actively try to get the kids to want to leave the bedroom and go to the beach- they were so excited by the toys, books and bunk beds. The street was wonderfully quiet and private, everything was within a 5 min drive and the pool was a huge hit!! Absolutely recommend getting the golf cart as well…it was hands down our favorite part and super easy to use! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Ric and Chelsea’s place for a week and everything was great! House was wonderful and exactly what our family needed. Lots of things to do at the house and in a very walkable location. Ric was very communicative. All around great stay.

We had a great time! The Oakland marathon was a blast. Elisabeth’s place was easy to access and perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the bunk room. It was walkable to the beach, clean and the perfect amount of space, we slept well & had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Grateful for the wagon beneath the house to use back and forth to the ocean & the lego’s were a huge hit. Thank you!!

I can’t tell you enough great things about our stay. We stayed a week for our annual family vacation and it definitely ranks number 1 in best trips. The house had the right amount of space. We felt at home and it was so welcoming for our dogs as well. I forgot dog bowls of all things but there were some there to use. The game area was well used by our adult kids lol. The neighborhood was nice and it is close to everything. I look forward to staying again soon.

Walt’s place is awesome! The home is gorgeous and the location is ideal. Perfect spot for anyone who wants to be close to local bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the amenities and the close proximity to the beach. Would love to stay here again in the future.

We loved our week at Amy’s home! It was even more beautiful in person. So much space for our family of 6 to spread out and enjoy. The beds and linens were all extremely comfortable and we slept incredibly well which isn’t always the case! The beach is so close which made things so easy with our children. We enjoyed walking the beach daily and lounging by the pool! Highly recommend this home and look forward to returning!

An awesome space for our group of 7 that afforded some privacy with great common areas. Loved the views of the marsh at a location within walking and biking distance of the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking and outdoor space too. We would definitely rent this space again!

My family and I had a restorative, relaxing time at Whitney's lovely home; it felt like we were at a resort. There was plenty of space for four adults and 2 children, the beds were very comfortable, the home was very clean, and the space was even better in person than the online photos. Given that we were traveling with kids, we appreciated the modern washer and dryer. We walked to the beach (about a 7 minute walk for an adult at an easy pace) in the morning and in the evening; the kids were pulled in one of the nice wagons that was provided. After time at the beach, the kids enjoyed a nice warm shower in the enclosed outdoor shower. In the mornings and evenings, we savored opportunities to sit on the balcony and lounge in the patio area. We also enjoyed playing records on the turntable and listening to music together as a family. Whitney was a very responsive and friendly host. We are looking forward to a return visit!

We had a wonderful stay in bald head island! The home was well stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spacious. The owner even allowed our groceries to be delivered prior to our arrival. We would love to stay again!
