Cozy, quiet 2 room apartment, parking free

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. My property is located in the quiet district of Auf der Weissmark, in the immediate vicinity of the local recreation and nature reserve Mattheiser Weiher . Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
