Idyllic house by the creek

The house has a beautiful, large garden, with terrace and balcony. It is very idyllically located by a stream. Opposite are only meadows and the edge of the forest. Mönsheim: Located in the middle of the picturesque Heckengäu - protected, some say "a little hidden," in the romantic Grenzbachtal. The outdoor swimming pool is within walking distance of the house. Shops for everyday needs can be found in the town center, including a café in the mill shop. It is only minutes to the A8 highway connection.

We welcome you in a an approx. 50 square meter scandi style apartment In a historic, sustainably restored former sawmill. A kitchen with dining / work space, a cozy living room and a bedroom with queen size bed are inviting to relax. The large property with forest, meadow and a small river offer cozy spaces for shared use. Parking is free. Despite the idyllic location, the following are within easy reach: shops and restaurants 4km, Pforzheim 13km, A8 10km, Porsche 16km and Bosch campus 17km.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheim city. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

The small apartment is located right on the edge of the forest, which is why waking up with birdsong is more likely than through city traffic. The sofa bed can be folded out as needed and used as an additional sleeping space. The small kitchenette has all the necessary utensils. Quiet 2-room apartment on the ground floor of a detached house with garden and terrace in a quiet cul-de-sac. A parking space is located right by the apartment. Within a radius of approx. 30 minutes are the Black Forest and the Swabian Alps with many hiking trails and excursion opportunities. Stuttgart and Karlsruhe can also be reached easily and quickly via the direct highway connection. The Tripsdrill amusement park is about 45 minutes away.
