Welcome to Tönnhausen, a small suburb of Winsen (Luhe). A modernly furnished 60m² two-room apartment awaits you, offering easy access. The apartment also includes a 25m² covered terrace, which provides sunshine from early morning until late afternoon and protects from rain. Sleeping space for two people is available. The kitchen has a small seating area for two people. The best way to reach us is by car, which you can park free of charge in front of our property. We look forward to your visit.

The perfect location in the heart of Winsen for shorter or longer stays. Through large windows, the 50 sqm 2-room company apartment, which is located on the 2nd floor of our office building, is flooded with light. The special thing about the location is the large balcony, which invites you to relax with a dining table and outdoor sofa. The apartment faces the garden to the rear. On request, the location can also be rented for 4 people with a sofa bed (surcharge €10 per person/day).

The flat was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. In the past, this listed building was a stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a children's playground. Our location is ideally situated. We look forward to seeing everyone who wants to have a good time with us. Since we are quite centrally located, it is an almost optimal starting point for activities. For bikers and cyclists, we have a small workshop for maintenance. Vehicles can also be adjusted here. Drying clothes is possible in the boiler room. Skippers can park their trailers on the property. 2 trekking bikes are available for rent.

Die Wohnung hat Platz für 5 Personen und ist auch für Monteure und Handwerker geeignet. Sie ist im Obergeschoss des Ferienhauses, über eine Treppe erreichbar und hat eine Größe von ca. 82 qm.
