The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and the restaurants were close.

Home was as described and depicted. The unit was clean and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The location was close to restaurants and interstate.

This house was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The location is great-- walking distance to Marietta Square, which has shops and restaurants. Overall, a great place.

Will was a great host! Very easy to communicate with and had quick response times when we needed assistance. The house had plenty of space to lounge and hangout. Will come back since it’s super close to our location for visit.

Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend. The location was great and near a lot of popular Atlanta activities. The place was also great for children/a family. My only complaint, which is not within the property owners’ control, is that it is very hard to see when exiting the drive way due to some hedges on the neighboring property.

This was my second stay at Anna’s Apartment and it was a great experience. The location is exceptional with an easy walk to Piedmont Park and loads of bars and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. My highest recommendation!

This was a charming unit in Midtown. Accessible to neighborhood amenities and restaurants. Great location if you are in ATL for a show or sporting event.

David’s place was very quiet and relaxing; it felt private even though we were in the downstairs of the house. Bed was super comfy and clean, and the apartment was very spacious and clean as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook (if we wanted) and everything was easy to use. David communicated well and was very kind. He ensured we go in safely and helped with any questions we had.

Perfect location and parking + guest parking was a huge perk. We visited family and restaurants and fun were in walking distance. Really great place and building.

This place was suuuuper cute. Love the decor. but the location was spectacular, beautiful neighborhood and lots of stuff within walking distance. the aquarium tickets were a huge bonus and super fun!!

Sara’s place was perfect for my stay in Atlanta while attending an expo at the convention center. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Best part—it was just a short walk to the show, which made things super convenient. The area felt safe and was close to great restaurants too. Sara was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Atlanta for an event or vacation.

I was in town for a conference at a hotel one block away and appreciated being able to have a kitchen where I could prepare meals instead of eating out all the time. I was traveling alone and felt perfectly safe coming and going from the building, which has a 24-hour concierge. Adam's apartment has a nice balcony. I also appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was for cooking, and the great water pressure in the bathroom shower. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap, though. They aren't provided.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay here! Everything that we wanted to do was nearly in walking range, which was perfect. The place was very nice and neat. Beth was a terrific host and always responsive. We definitely will be booking again in the future!
