Die Wohnung hat 50qm und verfügt über einen großen Wohn/ Essbereich mit neuer Einbauküche, Bartisch und Arbeitsplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon. Ein Doppelbett 1,60cm und ein Schlafsofa 1,60cm bieten Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet.

Das modern eingerichtete und mit Granitsteinen geflieste Appartement hat einen eigenen Eingang und über die Terrassentür gelangt man direkt in unseren Garten. Dieser ist uneinsichtig, natürlich gewachsen mit einem großen Teich und für Kinder gibt es vielfältige Spielmöglichkeiten. Uns ist es ein besonderes Anliegen, dass unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen und den Aufenthalt wirklich genießen können.

PLEASE NOTE THE KITCHEN SITUATION (see "Your accommodation") Welcome to our cozy accommodation in the beautiful Remstal! THE perfect base for exploring Stuttgart, but also our wine region. The S-Bahn to the city is just a 10-minute walk away. You live in a separate area on the ground floor of our house with its own access and small terrace far from any road traffic. We live on the upper floor with our 2 kids (3 and 7 years old).

This 1-room apartment with a very quiet location in Hochdorf is accessible through a separate entrance. It features a double bed (140) with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, two hotplates, toaster and mini oven. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.
