The apartment is 75 square meters and also includes a sauna for 4 people (a 3-hour use per stay is included, further uses for a fee). The city is the starting point of numerous hiking trails and cycling routes in the Sauerland-Rothaargebirge Nature Park.

In addition to a TV in each bedroom, there is a fully automatic coffee machine, a fridge with ice cube dispenser and a pellet stove for the winter.
