It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Beautiful apartment in the countryside with outdoor terrace. Very quiet location on the outskirts. We have excluded pets but dogs are allowed and welcome, The apartment is a few meters from the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and very close to Erbeskopf and Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher and supermarkets are quickly accessible from the apartment by car.
