Wonderful host and wonderful area. It's very close to the metro and we found the metro very easy to use. The food in this area is excellent and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

I thought the reception, location, and cleanliness was great! The only thing I missed was having water at least, we came from a tired journey and there was no water for us to drink. I have only good assignments!

We spent 5 days as a family of five in this very exceptional loft apartment. It is really spacious and well equipped. Right next door are an organic baker, a flower shop, a regional butcher and an organic mule shop. There are restaurants and many pubs in the street. Other bakers and also small mini markets/ Aldi/Lidl are quickly reached. The surroundings are young and authentic. Place de la République is a 14-minute walk. This place is highly recommended and Virgile, the host, was always very friendly and helpful and always responded very quickly. Overall a beautiful stay. Glad to come back!

The apartment is very nice with a personal flair, you feel like home! The mattress in the lower bedroom is exceptionally good! We had a great night's sleep and felt very comfortable! The location is perfect for visiting the castle and Paris! Great for arriving by car! In about 8 minutes walk you are at the RER station, which goes directly to the Eiffel Tower. Communication with Ghislaine was very quick and friendly. We were allowed to check in early! Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Host has the place very clean and the decor is so fresh and modern. It is a very warm stay. The home is very well equipped had everything we needed to make dinner. We felt very comfortable. Beds were comfy. Host was amazing she was super sweet and helpful- great communication! Also the location is great near the metro and there is a convenient store on the corner everyone there is really nice too! I highly recommend staying here!!! We would 1000x return here.

The space is functional. Close to the metro station and bus stop, it is possible to get around very easily. Close to shops, it is convenient to stock up on food. Sasha is a responsive and helpful host. I recommend their place.

Eva's apartment was beautiful and cozy and perfect for my needs. She was very helpful and kind. The neighborhood was great and within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions. I would 100% stay again!

Camille is a very kind and pro-active host, she gave us lots of tips to make our trip enjoyable. The apartment is located close to several metro lines which made it easier for us to get around. I recommend it!

The place is great, a nice location in a non-tourist area, with a patisserie two doors down and the metro a five minute walk away. As advertised, there are stairs up to the two bedroom floors. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a nice patio. The beds are firm foam and pretty comfortable. The only issue we had was the heat, it's difficult to understand and adjust, and the top floor tends to be warm while the main floor was stayed cool. Jean-Charles was very helpful with this and in general. Overall, highly recommended.

Our family of 5 had a great time staying at Eric's place while visiting family. Our young kids really enjoyed the big garden with the trampoline and our baby loved roaming around in the big open space inside. The neighborhood is quiet and the house has both remote controlled windows and black out shutters, which worked out great for naptime. The separate entryway was through a low garage/basement with a few steps, so we did have to carry up and down the stroller a few times, which wasn't any issue for us, but which might be for those in wheelchairs. Other than that, we had an excellent stay, Eric's very communicative and kind and we'd love to stay here again on a next visit!

Valérian is very responsive. Large house, clean, located on fenced-in lot. Ultra quiet area a few minutes walk from RER C or N.

Don't look for a place in Paris but book this beautiful Airbnb just 25km south of the capital! Angelique made us feel at home by putting some cosy lights on and some music as we came in late due to works on the pheripherique… The loft is a renovated old building and Angelique informed us that she’ll be do more renovating soon. The place will be even more beautiful! It’s extremely quiet and it is an excellent place to work during the day. The surroundings are excellent for hiking and running. We brought a bike (do bring a mountain bike or a bike with lots of gears!) to do groceries at the nearby ‘grand surface’. We will sure come back to this gem and we’re looking forward to when the works are completed!

We had a lovely long Easter weekend at Françoise's. The house was clean and perfect for a large group. The position was excellent

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

Adele was such a wonderful host! Very responsive and very kindly helped me with an early check in as my flight arrived into Paris early in the morning. The apartment looks like the pictures and it was easy to walk to the canal and down to the Marais from there. Merci Adele!

Very cosy and comfortable apartment in charming and quiet neighborhoods. Plenty of nice restaurants and shops in the nearby area. Close to transportation and quick and easy to get to different sights. We'd love to come back here!

The apartment is too beautiful. It overlooks a garden. Parc de Bagnolet with a great view of Paris and the suburbs is right next door. Metro is very close too. But you can also walk to Paris, in any case in the 20th.

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, in a good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite unforeseen circumstances on our part, I recommend it 100%.
