The accommodation is located in the heart of Witten in the popular Hohenzollernviertel in Gartenstraße. The apartment is quietly located and yet very central. Directly opposite is the newly designed Karl-Marx-Platz. Witten's main train station is within walking distance. Neighboring cities such as Bochum, Dortmund, Essen, Wuppertal are quickly accessible. Quiet apartment in the south of Dortmund

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

For information about public transport, download the VRR app to the Mobile To get into the apartment you cross our hallway where you can also meet other guests and us. Behind the door you are very private. For those interested, I offer city tours of Witten against donation. If you arrive by train, it is easier. Parking is almost impossible downtown.
