Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Welcome to our charming apartment on Lake Seeburg! Enjoy the proximity to the lake with gastronomy, leisure activities and children's playground. Our apartment is located between Göttingen and Duderstadt, near the Harz Mountains with many outdoor possibilities. There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m and one with a high-quality sofa bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m. The bathroom is flooded with light.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

The train station in Nörten is easily accessible on foot within 6 minutes. You don't need any longer to get to the bakery.

A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub are available for shared use. Bed sheets will be provided. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in the attic.
