Our ground floor apartment has its own private entrance, 2 parking spots, 2 bedrooms, full bath, & a kitchenette. The host and family live above.

The Cottage is perfectly located! Only 3.8mi center of Asheville, 2.5mi to the Blue Ridge Pkwy, 4mi to Biltmore Estate, and 5mi to the River Arts District! Escape it all or go to town for dinner, before retreating back home to your oasis! I have kept a simple clutter-free layout to promote comfort and coziness, with a touch of local art, filled with natural light and the sounds of local birds. The cottage is for anyone seeking privacy, nature, and easy access to all that Asheville has to offer!

Our private 1 BR retreat with a queen bed and full sofa bed has fast wi-fi, smart tv, and a peaceful second story porch in the trees. Walk to top spots like Hole Doughnuts, Taco Billy, or Owl Bakery in only 10 mins or drive 5 mins to downtown Avl and the River Arts District. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families who want a cozy, creative retreat near food, shops, and trails.

Modern Cabin Retreat w/ Sauna

This space was designed with love and care and the hope that all who stay here feel relaxed and connected to nature. We recently added a cedar barrel sauna that heats up quickly and is user friendly. Often we don’t see guests but I’m always available for questions and recommendations. We live "next door" on the same property with our two young sons. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, so while it hopefully feels removed from any hustle and bustle, there is access to many conveniences.

Private charming tiny house with loft bedroom. Amazing location: less than one mile from the Biltmore house, 1.5 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 7 minute drive to the heart of downtown. The cottage is a separate unit with a private entrance. 400 square feet with a bathroom, kitchenette, heart of pine antique floors. We are two miles from the Grove Park Inn and four miles from the Biltmore house. The space is appropriate for two adults or one adult and one child.

Private, quiet, modern bungalow. Newly updated with designer finishes in North Asheville. Can accommodate 1 additional guests if needed on couch. Private entrance and parking. Located between UNCA and Merrimon Ave. Bike or Uber to downtown. Walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We CANNOT accept ANY type of ANIMALS due to family member having MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION. This is a “NONSMOKING” resident. NO smoking, vaping, drugs or incense burning.

The Blue Door ~guest house

The Blue Door is our backyard guesthouse located in an urban neighborhood just north of Asheville and is well situated for the area. We invite well behaved dogs who have been treated for fleas and have a lovely space for being outside. The house is rather private. It also comes complete with full kitchen, whirlpool tub, and a super comfy queen sized latex mattress. Our guest house is perfect for an Asheville weekend getaway.
