Welcome to our home! We built a private studio apartment for you to enjoy! Just 10 minutes from downtown. This stunning property is surrounded by trees, wildlife & sounds from the FB River. We live in the house upstairs and my in-laws live in the other apartment down below. Although your stay will be private, we are here to help if need be, but respect your space and solitude. Please note- there are NO shared air vents in this space. Unit has it’s own A/C, heat. *We had no damage from Helene*

Welcome to Woodfin! Our home is conveniently located on the north side of Asheville-- just a hop and a skip to the River Arts district, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Beaver Lake, and downtown Asheville. Avery's park is a short walk, and the Craggy Mountain RR Line is just down the road. Our neighborhood is warm and welcoming, and so is our pet-friendly home, which was built as one of Woodfin's local mill houses in the 1920's. You'll find a clean, restful vibe with a lot of love in the walls.

A spacious living area features two comfortable sofas, a wooden coffee table at the center, and large windows allowing natural light. A small loft area is visible with a ladder leading to it. The efficient kitchen bar provides seating with three stools.
