The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! North hill is ideally situated to explore the west and north coasts as well as Exmoor and after all that we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind.

Enjoy the beautiful views, plus private garden, wood fired hot tub and sauna. There is private parking with steps leading up to the cabin. If you are going to a wedding at Higher Eggbeer there is a complimentary lift to and back from the venue on the wedding day is available. The venue is 1.5 miles away.
