The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The gondola lift can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the central parking lot, the Brixental Cathedral and the Berglift train station are also very close. The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

Our cozy attic apartment at 1,000 m above sea level in Niederau can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with 1 cozy living room with sleeping facilities, 1 kitchen, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom, as well as a small balcony. Since our house is located on a mountain, a car is clearly an advantage. Of course, you can also walk up easily, but you have to allow 30-45 minutes per trip
