Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Das Obergeschoss hat einen kleinen Wohn-/Schlafbereich mit kleiner Küche, Sitzgelegenheit und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.

The quiet, direct forest location is an ideal starting point for jogging or cycling through the Hardtwald, the green lung of Karlsruhe. On request, a lockable bicycle room can be provided.

The studio is located in Altenstadt (Wissemburg), above the garage adjoining the house, with a separate entrance. It is perfect for couples (with a 1.60 m bed) and solo travelers. It offers the possibility of cooking (two hobs, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a mini oven, a microwave...) You will appreciate the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrise...

My apartment has a separate entrance with independent access through check-in/out (key box). It consists of a cozy bedroom, living room with small kitchenette, bathroom with toilet. The studio is in the Oststadt in the immediate vicinity of the kit. There are art and culture as well as small restaurants in the nearest area. A tram stop is 5 minutes away. You'll love my place because of the location and the surroundings. My place is nice for business travelers, couples and solo travelers. In addition, an underground parking space is available.
